Privacy policy

Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order details. If you create an account we also store your login email. We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details.

To make and deliver your order, to let you track it, to answer support questions, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional letters about new work from the studio.

We never sell your data. We share only what's necessary: your address and phone with courier partners so they can deliver, and your payment details with Razorpay, our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner, which processes them directly.

We use only the cookies needed to keep your cart and login session working, plus the ones our analytics and error monitoring tools set to measure site usage. No advertising trackers.

We use analytics tools (currently Firebase Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, time spent, and actions like viewing a product or completing a purchase. We also run basic error monitoring that records technical details when something breaks. This helps us keep the site running smoothly, fix problems early, and improve your experience.

We do not use these tools to identify you personally. The data is looked at in aggregate and is not linked to your name, email, phone number or address.

Write to hello@jkcraft.in to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. We'll respond within 30 days. We keep order records only as long as Indian tax law requires.
