Privacy policy

Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order details. If you create an account we also store your login email. We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details.

To make and deliver your order, to let you track it, to answer support questions, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional letters about new work from our makers.

We never sell your data. We share only what's necessary: your address and phone with courier partners so they can deliver, and your payment details with Razorpay, our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner, which processes them directly.

We use only the cookies needed to keep your cart and login session working. If we add analytics tools in future, we'll update this page before switching them on.

Write to hello@jkcraft.in to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. We'll respond within 30 days. We keep order records only as long as Indian tax law requires.
