Shipping policy

We ship across India — all states and union territories, to any serviceable pin code. We don't ship internationally yet, but write to us if you're abroad and we'll see what we can do.

Most pieces are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces can take longer; the product page always mentions it before you buy.

After dispatch, metros usually receive parcels in 3–5 business days and other pin codes in 5–7. Remote locations can occasionally take a little longer — we'd rather under-promise than keep you waiting.

Flat ₹90 anywhere in India. Orders of ₹2,500 and above ship free. You'll always see the exact charge in your cart before you pay.

As soon as your order ships, we send the tracking link by email and WhatsApp. You can also check any time on our Track order page with your order ID and email or phone.

Recycled paper, jute twine and cardboard — no plastic fillers. Fragile pieces travel in moulded pulp or shredded paper, never bubble wrap.
