Terms of service

Please use the site lawfully and kindly — no scraping, no reselling our photographs or text, no interfering with the site or other shoppers. Accounts are for your own use; keep your login private.

You place an order and pay, we confirm it with an order ID, then we pack and ship it. An order is confirmed only once payment succeeds. If a piece sells out between payment and confirmation, we'll refund you in full.

All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Occasionally a price or description may have an obvious mistake — we reserve the right to correct it, and if that affects your order we'll ask you before charging or refund you in full.

Colour, grain and finish vary between pieces. Small differences from photographs are a feature of hand work, not a defect.

We stand behind what we sell and will always fix damaged or wrong deliveries. Beyond that, to the extent Indian law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses (like missed occasions) and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Photographs, text and designs on this site belong to JK Craft and its makers. Please don't reuse them commercially without permission.

These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
